The Democratic establishment and the media can’t stand Sarah Palin.

As they try to diminish her, there is a temptation for the GOP to bite that bait. The fact of the matter is, though, that she drew 20,000 people in Auburn, NY. Auburn is located in a district that went for Obama last year. Not to mention the crowd that she drew on deep blue, Long Island.

For those who argue that she is too polarizing to win, the facts refute their arguments.

    Those are entertainers, not politians.

    And they’re right. She’s a joke.

    Are they from Politia?

Most Democrats I know would LOVE to see Palin at the top of the GOP ticket in 2012. They relish the idea.

That’s what I think too wb. When they realize the travesty that Barack Obama has been as President, they’ll come flocking to Sarah.

Again, Sarah Palin is one of the most accomplished governors in America today.

She negotiated the largest private sector project in North American history, put corrupt officials in jail, put forward a 50 year economic diversity plan for Alaska, put forward a 25 year renewable energy plan, as well as a prevention based healthcare plan…Yeah Sounds like a real joke to me.

If the Democrats are going to defeat Sarah Palin then they are going to have to better than calling her a joke and then not proividing any evidence to back up that claim.

If Sarah Palin is SO silly and irrelevant, why the obsession? Clearly the Left noted her appeal, and are out to eliminate the threat- it’s not like it’s not obvious.

And she’s been highly successful in life while ignoring the left-wing feminist model… this helps to explain the extra dose of venom in the attacks.

Of course, the Democrats are plenty afraid of Palin coming-back at them in 2012 with a dynamic and complementary VP like Bobby Jindal… or visa versa.

And they surely have reason to fear her- Palin is the most popular governor in the country… are all those people idiots? Alaska was a pretty corrupt system until she stepped in. Her reforms took on entrenched politicians (inc. Republicans), a mafioso-style union boss, and Big Oil.

Wouldn’t it have been nice if Obama had been principled and brave enough to confront the corrupt Chicago Democratic Machine?

Or shady political operators like Tony Rezko?

    Racist preachers?

Instead of doing business with every last one of them?

Go get em, Sarah- and don’t mind the press, nobody will be listening to them anymore after the pending Obamamania implosion- and once the ties of GE and others with media holdings to the Obama administration are fully exposed.

Sarah had appeal, before she opened her stupid stupid stupid mouth. Now she just sounds bitter and bitchy, which is dragging down the party even further.

  9. Michael June 10, 2009 at 10:01 pm #

Well, thanks for that insightful comment Dave. We’ll put you down as a “no.”

One question: If Sarah Palin is pulling the Republican Party down, far and fast, why are Democrats making such a fuss over her? Race horse jockeys never look back on the horse that broke a leg and NASCAR drivers never worry about the racecar that blew an engine. This just proves one thing: The Democrats know her leg is not broken and her engine is not blown. She is in the race and they know they need to do any and every thing possible to prevent her from overtaking them. Good luck Sarah!

Nice list of accomplishments that um, Sarah, got done. Did the Alaskan Legislation have any thing to do with it. You know, something small, like craft those projects and put it on her desk to sign?
