WTH?… Obama Ignores National Day of Prayer But Sends Out 5 Minute Ramadan Blessing(?)
Gateway Pundit

Okay, hold the crusade Torquemada…

Ramadan is an official religious observance (which our Presidents have recognized for quite some time).

The National Day of Prayer is not. Were he to totally ignore Christianity, you might have a point. But he DID acknowledge Easter and Passover (even if we don’t like what he said).

There are eight-hunnert-fifty-leven reasons to criticize Barack Obama.

This is not one of them.

Entirely disagree, and it is a big deal. You can’t be inclusive on one hand and then slight the faith of 70% of America and claim oversight.

No Shaun, you’re wrong. As far as I know “National Day of Prayer” is not a holy day on any church calendar. There’s the distinction.

Now, if he overlooks Easter or Christmas, you’ll have a point.

    But not on this one.
